What health measures are you taking to prevent the spread of corona?

We are taking extra measures to make sure every thing is according to health guidelines. We know that this is a tough time for everyone, and we hope everyone is doing well. We always make sure to:

  • Wash and sanitize our hands before beginning to package any items
  • Sanitize and clean our work area before starting new creations
  • Clean off creative surfaces with disinfectants 
  • Sanitize everything before and after packaging

Are your vinyl wall decals removable?

Yes, and it's easy to do. Our vinyl wall decals work well for both renters and homeowners because they come off when you are ready for them to without damaging your wall or other non-porous surface.

Is the vinyl lettering reusable?

Usually not, once the lettering has been removed it will not apply to another surface. The vinyl is very thin, and removal usually deforms the shape of the letters. In the case of larger letters or shapes repositioning is possible but not guaranteed.

I don't know how to put on vinyl stickers...

Not to worry! With your decal sticker purchase, you will receive an easy-to-understand step-by-step instruction manual. You will also get a test sticker to try out before, because everyone makes mistakes!

How much does your decals cost?

Pricing varies based on size and complexity. Please check our website for ideas ready for purchase. 

I'm afraid I'll make a mistake transferring the vinyl to my wall ...

Our wall art is easy to apply and is removable. You will receive free practice lettering with your purchase to practice beforehand. It's very important to us that you feel confident about your choice both before and after you order from us. 

Where can I leave a review?

Scroll down until you find the "Follow us on Instagram" page. Under that we have a section to add and display reviews. Click on the button that says "Submit Review" and share your thoughts!

What do I do if something I wanted to buy is sold out?

Please contact us at inhomeartist@gmail.com or use the chat box on the right side of the screen. We may not have an exact replacement for canvas paintings, but we will do our best to find something you like or something similar. For art prints and decals just contact us because we may have run out of a certain color or something else might have happened.

What do I do if my product gets damaged during shipping?

Please check our "Returns and Refunds" section and contact us at inhomeartist@gmail.com. We will do our best to see what happened and give you an exchange or refund (conditions apply).

How do I customize my product?

Under certain products, like our "Personalized Name Decal Stickers", there will be a text box where you can type in what you want your text to say. If there is no customization on a product you like, please contact us and we will be glad to help!
